Phase 1: Definition
Start by offering context and direction for the experience. To respect group members, let them know what to expect in your sessions together.
Phase 2: Discovery
Create a space to share personal experiences with immigration. The course is designed to give ample opportunity for each person to share their perspectives and feelings about the topic.
Phase 3: Dreaming
What hopes do you have for this small group experience? Give group members time throughout each session to express their feelings on what they are learning/changing and what they want to walk away with.
